Areas of experience:
Trauma-informed therapy, CBT, mindfulness, compassion-focused interventions, DBT-informed therapy, EMDR, psychodynamic therapy and somatic interventions.

Nora is a Counselling Psychologist with 20 years’ experience, having worked across a range of NHS Mental Health Services before moving into private practice. She has a particular interest in trauma-informed therapy and offers individually tailored treatment based on each client’s experiences and needs.

Her approach draws on a range of evidence-based therapies and interventions, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), mindfulness and compassion-focused interventions, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)-informed approaches, Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), psychodynamic therapy and somatic interventions.

Nora is committed to working compassionately and collaboratively, helping clients develop a greater understanding of their experiences and supporting them to make the changes they hope to make in their lives.
